What kind of DVD media should I burn so N3 reads it?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I'm not new to forums and I ve done my best job to search around but I can find an answer and I'm at my wits end. I just got my Avic N3 and I want to burn jukebox DVDs so i can burn multiple Mp3s for playback. Is this possible? I have tried the following formats but nothing seems to work.

I am using Roxio Media Creator 9:

1) DVD - R finalized. data disc AND jukebox disc.

2) DVD - R not finalized. data disc AND jukebox disc.

3) DVD + RW. data disc AND jukebox disc.

4) DVD + R. jukebox disc finalized.

5) DVD + R. jukebox disc not finalized.

6) DVD + R. data disc finalized

7) DVD + R. data disc not finalized.

Nothing seems to work. I am burning Mp3's onto the DVD. Is it even possible to have a "DVD jukebox disc"

I havent even gotten to trying to burn a music video disc.

I am using various brands, but mostly maxell. Does brand really matter that much?

Any help is appreciated!!

ive spent like 3 more hours on this, tried burning "DVD-Audio" cd's on Ulead but it limits me to 99 tracks on a DVD and it STILL says "Unreadable Disc" on the N3. Ive given up and am probably gonna stick with traditional CDRs for my jukebox mp3 cds.

how about music video dvds? What media and program should I use?
