gjin Posted July 28, 2006 Report Share Posted July 28, 2006 Hello, I recently just installed the microphone for my Avic N2 by plugging the microphone directly into the back of my AVIC n2 headunit (is this the correct way?) executioner Posted September 20, 2006 Report Share Posted September 20, 2006 It doesnt plug into the jack on the back of the unit itselfthat is for an external speaker to another unit. There are two black wires comming out of the back and one is marked MIC. Plug it in here. You should see a voice icon on your screen.
