derdertim
if you need to restart you ipod : 1. switch the lock on then off (assuming the ipod is on) 2. then hold the select(center)button and the menu button for 10-20 seconds 3. your ipod should then shut down and then return the start-up screen
ikrywe
Thanks for the suggestion to reset the iPod. I had the same problem with my D3 and Ipod... "error11"... Reset the iPod and now it works fine again.
KillaICM
I had the same error. I just had to turn off the lock switch thingy on the ipod.
vwgtiking
I have this bloody error now, i tried nearly everything.. Tried a nano and it works fine BUT i still believe its the cable. ITs a cheap one off ebay, so now have bought a genuine pioneer one hoping it cures error11. I have a 6th Gen Classic 120GB. Pull the unit out and noticed the cable was unclipped (not from the stereo).
