Richman56 Posted February 13, 2008 Report Share Posted February 13, 2008 Wondering if there is a hack or program update which would utiilize in the radio display, the space below the station frequency etc. (where if there was RDS the text would display) could put a larger clock? Or when hiding any page, the option to display a larger clock with date? I have emailed Pioneer, however no reply has been received. 04ctd Posted February 13, 2008 Report Share Posted February 13, 2008 good question, usually, i can almost see the clock, but i can't tell if its a 0 or a 8, there's several numbers i can't make out while driving. it's stupid the extremely poor software and GUI of the D3, and Pioneer's lack of interest in feedback like yours (judging from other posts) indicates the D3 was a "stop gap" measure to just have a new model for a new year. I have had mine for bout 2 weeks and it is perfect for the needs I have.
