ebonenbe Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 I recently upgraded from a cell phone to a Blackberry 8830 and can't get it to pair with my AVIC Z2 Navi System( The old cell phone worked just fine.). It "sees" the Nav and even prompts for the NAV passcode. After I enter the default passcode for the NAV, I get an "unable to pair with HDD NAV" message. HELP !! geeoff Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 i just paired my 8800 with my Z1 (not sure if it would make a difference with the Z2). make sure that encryption is disabled on your BB under device properties, and start the connection with the navi, not the BB. hope this works Quote Link to post Share on other sites
