HiFiSi Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 It's 3 easy steps: 1 - Ground the green parking brake wire 2 - Ground the yellow/black mute wire 3 - Move the mute wire from it's slot on the D3's harness to the one directly above it. That's all there is. once those 3 steps are done, the bypass will work. For pictures or whatever, check out the topics about it at the top of the Dseries hacks/mods board. Just take the time to read the posts and it will be very clear on how to accomplish this. I think people go awry when they try to follow the instruction manual that comes with the D3. One thing to remember, the D3 is not meant to be "bypassed" and once you bypass, the standard instructions do not apply. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
