gummyneo78
Hi everybody, first post here. I first want to thank everybody for all the great information. I installed my D3 using information from this site and did it in about an hour. (I've installed car stereo's before) but I didn't realize this unit was more like a regular head unit than a complex maze of wires. Anyways, unit works great, bypass works and everything, but for some reason, AM stations are not very audible, LOTS of static, and I have to crank up the volume way high only to vaguely here what's going on. I drive a scion 08 xb and my stock unit received AM stations very clearly, but I can't figure out what's going on. FM stations come in nice and clear, only the AM stations. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks,
superjet
Hook up all blue or blue/wht wires in the harness you used to engage the factory amplified antenna.
