GuitarGuyBMG
Hey guys, my Z2 is on the way now. It should be here Wednesday. I am installing this unit in a 2006 Ford Mustang GT and I am wondering what I will need other than the adapters to install it. For instance, will I need a mounting bracket and wiring harness, and if so, where can I get them?
GuitarGuyBMG
Also, what will I need to do the bypasses?

Wolfz23
You will need a Mounting kit, and a harness. the harness is tricky for some of the Mustangs have Factory subs. (8in in the door) Get the Harness as if you have the factory amps and subs, its the same as the standard harness, but comes with an extra plug. That plug has an amp turn on, and an RCA that is for the Subs. Other than that its pretty simple on the new Mustangs, except you have to pull the center council, shifter, ring around the shifter, and 2 side panels (verticle next to the radio) just to get to the Radio screws. Then you have to unplg the climate controls from the back, which you will be able to access AFTER you remove the side panels. you can access the plugs by laying on the floor and looking towards the back of the radio bezel. The radio bezel will come out with the climate controls as 1 piece AFTER they are unplugged. Upon re-assembly, reinstall the dash panel, THEN plug back in the climate controls...dont forget the climate controls.... I ahve done this a few times, and it sucks to pull it all back apart just to plug in 2 stupid plugs. Good Luck
