What really sucks is....I own a shop and I basically lost out on the rebate all together because I debated for too long as to whether or not I should buy this or not. Then when I made the decision to buy it, my dist. was out and they said it has been discontinued and they are waiting on the replacement. Not being sure about the pricepoint, features, etc... I decided to just bite the bullet and buy it. You can still find the D3 alone some places for $599 to $620 and maybe cheaper, but I just decided to get the whole package since I read that the LG enV actually works well with the bluetooth device.
