I am looking to upgrade my current headunit in my Audi TT which will require a Single DIN unit. I found a AVIC-N1 on Craigslist from what seems like a good guy. What I want is a modern device that allows me to do the following items: XM iPod Interface WITH an iPhone NAV DVD hopefully Bluetooth Phone Function I want the interface to look at modern as possible and I certainly want my Mapping to be new. Basically I want my D3 in my TT. I would prefer not to drop $1200 on a new unit. What options are out there for me, I know people upgrade the brain units, but I don't totally understand what that will get me. My biggest things are those listed above, and I really need it to work with my iPhone (at least for music, don't care about video). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! Fracken21 Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 Yeah, even though it's hard to turn down a sweet craigslist deal, all the features you want suck with the n1, other than the nav, which is debateable.
