No sound from Bluetooth Phone? D3

I just got my D3 installed. I have a Verizon BB 8103E and everything seems to connect fine. It auto connects when I get in my truck - the address book went to the Pioneer just fine - but when I make a call I cannot hear anything over my speakers. I had someone call me and they could hear me fine...but nothing from them. I have tried changing setting in my phone but no luck getting anything. I also tried messing with the volume knob while they talk to me..cannot figure this out! The manual for the bluetooth box is pretty bad as far as any troubleshooting go and I think I've went through about every menu on the D3. Anyone ever run into the same problem??

You have the P-bus cable installed in the wrong hole at the bluetooth box. Put it in the other one

ok cool i'll give that a try tonight. i built that thing into under my dash when i had it all off so i'll have to tear back in there. dang..should have tested it before but it's not too bad to get at. i guess i figured i had it hooked up right - the black bus cable into the head unit and the blue end (into the blue socket) on the BTB unit.
