kryngle
Yes the Greater Toronto Area. That's what I been talkin bout. NOT the game
JRlicious
I live in the suburbs of the GTA but travel there frequently with my D3. Navigation is great. Like many large cities, the nav may miscalculate wrong due to the large buildings, but this hasn't happened to me yet.
HiFiSi
^ he's talking about the nav traffic function of the XM radio, I believe.
JRlicious
Nav traffic isn't available in the great white north yet.... http://www.pioneerelectronics.ca/POCEN/ ... on/AVIC-D3
kryngle
I think your wrong my friend http://www.xmradio.ca/specialty-services/index.cfm
HiFiSi
Pioneer's website says: ***XM NavTrafficTM service not available in Canada**** GEX-P10XMT not available for sale in Canada WM's website says: XM NavTraffic has expanded to cover major Canadian markets in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver in addition to the 76 metropolitan areas across the USA. My suggestion? Buy it and see. If it doesn't work, return it.
JRlicious
Cool. I learned something new today. I'm a Sirius guy though. LOL Just tune into AM680 for up to the date traffic updates, it's never failed me in 16yrs. It's a little old fashion, but it works.
LeonPhelps
NavTraffic is available, I have it on my D3. My suggestion is dont waste your money, the only real updates I see are for ongoing construction when there is a accident it comes up the odd time. Very unreliable. I have to call them when I get a chance and have it removed.
