Crutchfield: excellent FAST warranty service on free parts

i bought my D3 from Crutchfield, just to get all the free install parts, so i could install it one day, and not be buying parts all over.

 

 

i got the free BOYO back up camera, it worked pretty good (maybe a bit dim?)

 

 

i took the truck to a Quarter-Squirter and washed it,

and it got damp in the camera lenses, and it fogged over.

 

called crutchfield, they emailed me a UPS label,

boxed it up,

 

had brand new one back, in just a day or so.

Yep. Crutchfield has just about the best return policies and customer service around. Sure, their prices aren't the best, but you're paying a little more for convenience and peace of mind.
