hymis
I had the older back up camera and just had the NDBC20PA installed and the resolution on the new camera is not as good. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.

hymis
That totally sucks! At least I'm not alone. I haven't done the setup yet, is there anything you can adjust for the picture quality? Thanks again.

kouger
Sorry to hijack this post for a sec, just wanted to ask - I am looking to install a camera but don't want to spend a ton of cash, any suggestions and what I should stay away from? I saw some on E-bay that were going for $24 - I think they were license plate cameras. Thanks

What I mean made for your deck/model is that. If you get a regular backup rear camera, when the car is set to reverse mode then then your avic screen will not change to the backup camera view, you will need to click the icon manually. Where as if you get the ones that are desinged for your avic then as soon as your car is in the reverse mode then the screen will change to the rear camera by default.
