GnatGoSplat Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 It's probably not possible, but if it's anything like the P6000DVD, then you could obtain a schematic and try changing some jumpers around. The jumpers are unfortunately two tiny 0-ohm surface-mount resistors that are soldered to the motherboard. When soldered across the correct spot, it sets the MCU to the mode for that country. Be warned however, that even that might not be ALL you need. You might need to have the EEPROM in the tuner module reprogrammed! There is an EEPROM in the tuner, but I don't know what it contains.
