cntrylvr79
As long as the screen still opens and closes properly you'll be fine. I just wouldn't make a habit of it. Btw any pioneer remote will work on the avics, just so you know they do have an att button.
sportsfan21
Does your screen still have full motion? Does it still slide all the way down and come back up with no unusual grinding noises or anything? If it does, then you probably didn't do any harm to your screen. I wouldn't do it again  but I doubt your system is damaged.
drober30
DAMNNIT PIONEER WHY CANT U HAVE A ATT BUTTON!!!!!!
One of my buttons on my steering wheel control is programed to mute the radio. When I do. "ATT" is displayed on the screen. What does this stand for? I wondered if it was normal? I guess it is?
sportsfan21
Its another way to say 'Mute'.
PaisanNYC
It isnt a mute. It merely reduces the volume in half. Mute would totally kill the sound. Attenuate From Wiktionary To reduce in size, force, value, amount, or degree To weaken (electronics) To reduce the amplitude of an electrical signal
