jimmymite
I had Best Buy install my entire D3 system. I had the system for approx. six months and all of a sudden Sirius displayed an antenna error. I looked over the antenna and saw that they had done it to tight where it comes out from under my trunk. Over time it had frayed and broke the wire. Long story short I purchased a new antenna and went to the trouble of putting the antenna in and now it is still saying antenna error. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try or do I need to take it to a professional?
Dane186
Exchange the antenna again, plug the new antenna in and just run it outside your car before any type of "installing" it. See if it works than. If it dosnt, than its your unit, broke pin or something. If it does and you install it and than it errors again, its something you did/doing. jimmy 2 times
siri antennas are junk (although the newer ones are better) most likely it is your antenna
