tdirlmeier Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 Ok, so I just bought a used AVIC-N3 unit and the only thing missing is the 30 pin cable so I'm wondering if there is a way to test the unit without the cable that links the headunit to the hideaway unit? All I should need to do is hook up the yellow power wire and the red ACC wire to a 12 volt system and then hook up the ground. Or do I need to have the 30 pin cable? Please help. i need to know if the unit is working before I order the 30 pin cable and so i can get my money back if it does not work. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
