Peleg
I tested the CD player last night, this is the F900BT. Problem: CD track names don't show up at all. Is there any special setting I need to turn on for this? The CD's I played are all original ones I bought at the store. (Rocky sound track for instance) So then I tried a CD I burned myself and it does show the track names. Anyone else run into this?
Peleg
Called Pioneer. Pioneer's response: if the CD doesn't support CD text, the tracks will not show up. * My question is, does Windows Meida player uses CD Text to show up the song names? Because the CD's I played on my computer, I can see the track names.
TriGem2k
Windows Media player gets the track names from the internet. When burning a CD make sure to check mark the box that says use CD TEXT. Also some cds you buy in store will or will not have CD TEXT encoded.
HiFiSi
More like the majority of retail audio CD's do not come with CD text.
