claysr Posted September 7, 2008 Report Share Posted September 7, 2008 Downloaded and copied Z1 firmware update. Followed everything to the letter. System uploaded new firmware successfully. Checked version under settings and was correct. Lost onscreen button functions in several areas after update. Did reset and made it worse. Did total system reset to factory speecs and no change. skicrave Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 Just a guess, but doesn't the firmware update remove the flash bypass that DucatiBoy's circuit uses to unlock features? Sounds like you need to use the wire bypass, which would then restore the buttons that have been removed (because your unit is no longer bypassed). Quote Link to post Share on other sites
