Avic Z3 whoo's

I recently bought the new Avic Z3 and it will not learn the route I travel no matter what I do. Ieven call Pioneer and they told me to reset the unit and disconnect the speed pulse wire and nothing happened The Avic Z1 I gave to my brother was perfect.

has anyone experience this problem and can you tell me what to do.

If I am correct, make sure that the auto learning function is enabled through the menu...

what exactly does the learning feature do? does it just remember that you take a different route then it thinks you should take, and then route you that way? why use navi if its a route you take all the time? im confused...

This feature works great for me. I have multiple ways I can take but I usually take a particular road. So whenever I input an address for navi guidance that goes through that area, it chooses that route in particular.

 

 

You should check to see if that option is turned ON in your settings menu.
