I downloaded the firmware, put it on a sd card and followed the instructions and I'm having no luck. Is there something I'm skipping? It seems as though the unit won't read the card. I don't know. Also make sure nothing is plugged into your usb Ok i've done that and still nothing. Is there anything else insides those folders that needs to be extracted. I've been trying to do this update forever and I don't know what hell is going. Is there an step by step or better yet with pictures because i'm sure there are a lot of people who are not computer savy that will get lost. I'm very computer literate but is there something i'm missing? Nothing is plug into the usb, put just the two folders on the card and it still won't read. It has got to be a step that i'm missing.
