Smurf Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 Avic-n3 2000 Buick Century the installer at bestbuy did not hookup the vss wire and from what i have read it *does* have some effect on the navigation. i already have the N3 bypassed, so this won't interfere right? where is the closest location i can splice the VSS? and what color is the wire going to be? I run the wire back to the hideaway unit correct? anything esle i need to know before doing this? ok i think i'm done asking questions lol. Thanks guys! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Genius - est. 82 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 this is what i found for your car: VSS Wire - Dark Green - Passenger's Fender Blue 80 Pin Connector Pin 55 V6 ENG it won't interfere with your bypass, and yes it does run back to your hideaway.
