Chapter 25, Customizing Preferences, Look for "Switching the sound muting/attenuation. really people, it's there, and you read the manual once, you'll know what sections to look at, so is our time less valuable then yours in looking it up for you? If you review the manual, you'll be able to assist others when they're lost. Diane (yeah.. Also understand that we have way too many useless post on this forum that cover the same topic over and over again when the answer could be found by reading the manual or searching the site.
