XM addon for F900BT

Ipod's don't have USB connections on them. They have that custom Mac connection that is on that cable. So what are you plugging the USB part into?

Like the other person said is it just there for USB drives for Movies and additional Music?

The Pioneer Ipod cable is attached to the F series via a USB AND RCA's.

One one end you have the Apple connector (goes in to the Ipod) on the other end you have a USB connector (male) and RCA connectors. It is my understanding that the USB is used for charging the Ipod and controlling it, where as the RCA's are strictly for media transfer.

Look at the cable that was posted a few posts back... That should explain it.
