anangia69
im having some trouble in doing the z1/2/3 bypass... i located "connector 2" and as it should be the bottom four slots are not occupied....i grabbed a ordinary 18 gauge wire to insert into the bottom hole but seem to be having some trouble getting it to stay... just wondering what you guys used to make it stay inside the proper hole.... garrettoomey
You have to remove one the unused wires (mute works well), using a fine jewelers flat screw driver, then reinstall it in the correct location on connector 2.

garrettoomey
You have to use one of the harness wires, as it has the metal "seat" crimped to it that makes the connection. I sent you a pic via PM.
