ca001897 Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 Hello, I have just purchased a 700bt and did the bypass which works great (thanks to whomever). I have a problem when I power up the unit, I can see the splash screen and eventually the message that my phone is connected but the main screen remains blank. The only way I seem to be able to get the unit to display the main screen is hitting the reset button but that is really annoying since I loose me presets. Has anyone else had the same problem? audi01s4 Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 Just had the same exact problem with my new 700BT. Had to remove it and send it back to Pioneer! I did talk to one of their techs, CLUELESS! Tried to blame it on the fact that I installed it myself!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I'd hate to have to take my dash apart again... Maybe I'll try reloading the firmware and see if that resolves it. Thanks for your comments though, truly appreciated.
