muRte
Hi, there! I've just ordered my US version of F700BT and will be installing it some time soon. I looked in Pioneer's european site and I found that there's a connector for the steering wheel buttons to work (CA-R-PI.143v2) around 100EUR (130USD). My car - Nissan Qashqai Tekna 2008 - comes with incorporated hands-free, because the factory radio has bluetooth. So I believe that I wont be needing the microfone that comes with the F700BT unit, correct? Does anyone have a recent Nissan car that has the same installation? Is there any standard/OEM cable that allows me to use the wheel buttons to control volume, change station/track, answer phone calls? Here's one picture of the steering wheel of my car and how the unit will look after install:
