Sounds like the Z3 upgrade and a HDD upgrade, but whats the bypass? The tutorial is nice but not sure what it does Also want to be able to watch DVD's as the car is in motion. Maybe thats the bypass? garrettoomey Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 the hd unlock allows you to access the hard drive on a PC to do the other mods. Gracenotes is the database used when ripping CD's to identify song titles, etc. The Sirius interface is very blah compared to the XM interface. You can get XM for $77 a year on promo. bigolyt Posted February 16, 2009 Author Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 I dont really care for XM, even though they're the same, I only listen to Stern and some music channels so the promo rate probably wouldnt apply.
