noTe Posted February 17, 2009 Report Share Posted February 17, 2009 I bought a AVIC-D1 for 375 shipped in good condition. Right now I have the P6900UB installed in my car. Currently the iPod is simply connected with a accessory cord and I'm thinking I might have to buy some $100 accessory to use my iPod Nano with the AVIC-D1? I really just wanted a nice navigation unit along with something that played my iPod music. (I usually just have my iPod set to play random tracks) I don't really care about satellite radio either. I doubt I'd ever play any videos on it unless I want to just show someone. I don't want to buy a portable navigation unit because I want it to be built into the stereo system. One thing I also like about the AVIC-D1 is that it has green buttons that match my OEM lighting too. So should I go into all of the work to installing the AVIC-D1 or should I just resell it? Any advice anyone? I think I also might have to buy a different pioneer harness because the AVIC-D1 is older than my current unit. Current Unit: AVIC-D1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
