drppk Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 This weekend I installed the AVIC f700bt in my 99 toyota camry. It is working fine. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the map orientation so it does not always face north. My other GPS lets me change the orientation so the map orientation changes to face what ever direction the car is moving. I was not able to find anything in the manual. Thanks for any help. marsu Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 This is possible only in 3D-mode. In 2D, the map won't rotate. Common problem around here due to iGo 8.0. In version 8.3, it is solved, but this won't run natively on the Pioneer... If you want to use iGo 8.3, look for "leetlauncher" in the forum, works like a charm for me.
