return from overview >> cursor in center

Recommended Posts

I can't really remember what was stock or not, but I have the following issue.

When navigating in 3D, my guiding arrow is in the lower half of my screen.

40/70 or something. I like it there. (for I have panned my 3D view standard)

When the next instructions exceeds the 3km, the AVIC will go in overview mode. Fine.

When it returns from overview to 3D (<3km), my arrow suddenly is in the middle of the screen. (40/50?)

In order to put it back in 'my' position, I need to hit the 2D button, and then 3D again. Now it is back in 'my' position.

How do I overcome the manual "putting back my arrow where I want it to be"?

Pioneer's coders strike again...

Look at this script in navigatemap.ui:

As you can see, command to return the car arrow to the bottom of the screen is commented out... Remove the semicolon and all should be good.
