markhannah23 Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 I am trying to register my MSN Direct for the trial period and when I look at the instructions to do so it tells me to, Connect the vehicle power cable to your navigation system and your vehicle's power outlet. Turn your vehicle's key to the ON/ACC position to power the navigation system. On your device, touch Destination, and then touch the MSN Direct button . Touch Status. The product key for the MSN Direct Receiver appears at the bottom of the screen. I do all of this and all I get on my screen is "Connecting to MSN Direct" Anyone know anything about this? Heftiger Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 Try resetting the unit using the hard reset button. Sometimes MSN Direct will not connect and a reset usually fixes it. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
