yamahatundrav8 Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Im trying to figure out the solution on my Z1.During a phone call I have no control on the volume it's like the unit is stuck on a preset volume and I have no control on the volume setting from the sterring wheel or the headunit.I used to have control a wile back and my friend changed the setting but im not sure what he did. offroadzj Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 in order to change the volume in a call, you have to go into menu, settings, volume. There is no other way as far as i know to change the phone volume. if you meant stereo volume, then your only options are full mute or -20dB for guidance/phone. Last time my friend was in my setting a wile back I had phone volume controls from the stering wheel or the headunit Now my system will change the setting in the menu like you all stated.
