jstimson Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Recently I purchased a Pioneer F900BT for my car, which is a stereo, GPS, and bluetooth enabled unit. I am able to initially pair it with my HTC x7501 (a windows mobile "uber" phone) with no problem. And for a couple of days the 2 devices will find each other when I get in the car and the stereo turns on. But eventually they just stop talking and I have to re-pair them over again. I find this bizarre since both machines still list each other as paired devices in their respective bluetooth setups. They just stop talking to each other. On the HTC side, in an attempt to remedy this, I upgraded to a 6.1 ROM and the 1.58 radio version. But that did not change the behaviour at all. The Pioneer is running the latest 2.0 update.
