I have had mine in about 2 weeks, just got the XM working and the dimmer function corrected. the GPS and XM are under the dash, just above the F700, a solution that worked well with my D3. I did the nav mute mod and the POI logos mod, plan to hold off on the other stuff until I see if pioneer puts something out in june. There are a few things missing that my D3 had but overall I would say this unit is an improvement. The biggest minus is the boot time, I was never really happy with my D3 but this is really slow.
