law 3
 I have a 2000 seville with a premium bose sound system. I used a metra gmos-06 harness to install the n1.The harness has two rca inputs and all the wiring to restore chimes onstar and the factory amp. I can get sound from the speaker wires and the rear output but when i try to get sound from the extension connector i get no sound.I tried to connect an addictional amp to the suboutput into a sub box but still no sound. Can anyone tell me the correct way to get power to the amp and sound from any of the 3 rca outputs.Any suggestions or replys will be gladly appreciated.Thank's For Your Time. Deuceman927
Do you have the remote power wire connected ? (usually it's blue) Sometimes the remote power isn't hooked up and the external amp won't turn on. That's definitely a problem I've had with my old setup in the tahoe. If the remote wire wasn't hooked up, the rear amp didn't turn on. Bose might be handled different.
law 3
I called the makers of the gmos-06 come to find out it was recalled so i will try with a 12 volt battery supply from the sub preout to the subs. Then i should figure out the problem. Thanks For Your Reply! fiddler
Did you ever get this working? I'm having a similar problem with an N1 in a Toyota 4Runner. It suddenly stopped working, so I don't think it's how the wires are connected. Thanks!
