N-S-E-W
thats going to drain your battery and kill your alternator... hm, must be another way... I wonder how much charge it takes, I'm pretty sure its 5v for mem Standby mode turns everything off and retains memory only as long as the nav battery allows. In standby, my unit can sit for about nine hours before draining it so far as to require a full boot. The cars cig lighter has battery rundown protection and only will put out power for about 15 minutes after the ignition is off.
N-S-E-W
I'm pulling this off mediafire. There have been about 200 downloads between the two zips. I'm done trying to get the trip computer working better. The backlash I get from answering questions is just not worth it anymore. I'll wait for 3.0 to get to my door before I delve into that. watkch01
A shame you called it quits. Ive been out of the loop for a few weeks, but doesnt 3.0 have a tracklog memory improvement? Perhaps that may be of use in some way to retain data?
