Change few things on navi screen

Hi everyone,

 

Just would like to find out how could I change the colour of the main route in my navi screen from green to something else?

Also the clock -font and color if possible.

And last can I change the direction arrows that appear in the top left corner with the distance to the next turn etc. from green to different color or even make my own ones?

 

Just not sure if its all to do with .bmp files or scripts.

look for this code in your navigatemap_800_480.ui


 

and change color and color2 values to a hexcolor of your liking

for the direction icons, you have to edit diriconbig.bmp in common folder,

not sure about the main navi route color but when you are in route, when the road is highlighted, that is the planned route line of the color.ini file in the scheme you are using. make sure you change it in the day scheme and night scheme. i used the color hex tool. i only changed the color not the ref values. good luck. i used the real day stormy and real night.

hey stan

just go into the scheme folder, you should then see different zip files, click on one to open it and then in there are the color.ini files. just change the colors to what you want and save it. i pulled the color.ini file to my desktop then edited saved and replaced it right in the zip file, no extracting necessary, and it works fine. good luck

JLEA I found the shemes folder and inside it I have Pioneer blue day, Pioneer blue night, Pioneer red day, Pioneer red night.

if you want something different then use the hex tool and play around with the colors this is all i did and it worked so good luck! don't remove any comma's or quote marks because i am not sure what they do...numbers only!!!! k

i used gimp to edit the pictures. this was the only way i could get the file to open, i don't have photoshop but i think that would work to. if you download gimp then drag the file to your desktop and right click..pick edit using gimp.. the file should open up for you. i only used the colorize option though because i didn't want to start messing with alpha layers and things like that. good luck!

I tried to change my planed road/rout line from green to purple following this info but it does not change.

tried on all planed road with and with out ; in front of it.
