rsebring
What hardware are you guys using? I see the SIR-PNR2 which I thought were plug and play peices but I see where some people are using the SCC1 and the BD1 interface? Trying to figure out what is what? cant I just purchase the SIR-PNR2 install it with the supplied bus cable and run the antenna? then I shoudl be able to control sat radio through my headunit? Even in the owners manual it states to purchase the SCC1 and the BD1 units. Please let me know what you think. TIA

rsebring
Thank you very much. And if anyone would happen to know what is the difference? It look like with the SCCI and the BC1 or whatever the only thing spectacular, is you can record up to 1 hour of playback?
adarkol
The only reason that they don't talk about compatibility with the SIR-PNR2 is that this unit is no longer produced and is replaced by the SCC1 and Pioneer translator... The SIR-PNR2 can still be purchased through some retail outlets but it is a gone when gone unit... when they are sold out there are no more!!
