Trade in HELP!!!!Please

Ok I have a 06 trailblazer LT. I have installed an Avic F90BT with the XM reciver and a BOYO rear view camera which was $150...ok so the dealership is going to give me a trade in value on my truck with and without my avic system...HOW much should I be getting extra for my system?so what's a good price for them to give me to keep my system in rather than taking it out??? Most cases, you won't get any extra for aftermarket parts. You are almost always better to go back to stock, and sell the parts separately.

You wont get a penny for your aftermarket stuff. In most cases the dealership will pull it out and replace it with stock parts and junk your stuff or sell it cheap. You should go back to stock before you trade it

I work for multiple dealerships and they would rather have the stock system installed. That way they can offer an upsell to the new buyer and not have to deal with any repair issues on aftermarket equipment. They would never give you credit for what it is worth, they will just play a numbers game to let you think they are.
