As you can tell, I did not go with very expensive components (except for the Z110BT), but compared to the factory unit, this thing rocks! The only thing is, I can't get sound from my XM radio. When my guy installed it, the XM subscription was not active, so he didn't test it. The unit displays all the XM channels and icons/info (it's really nice to see the actual CNN logo come up when tuned to CNN on XM). Any ideas?

 

I changed the splashscreen to a Chrome Buick logo

p-bus cable on the xm tuner is prob plugged into the p-bus "IN" should be plugged into the p-bus "OUT"

even if the unit is not "active" you will still get the channels 0,1,and 247. all preview channels with audio.

Wow that is an awesome install. Love the sub placement. Try and switch around the ip-bus cable on the xm box, it needs to be plugged into the one marked 'out'. If this does not work, it must be a setting on your deck.
