bigman411 Posted October 17, 2009 Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 sometimes when i start up my navi right away when i drive the car, it will not move until like 5 min later. my speed pulse is not going up and down with the bars under connection status. wierd thing sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. if i bang the center console on the side the speed pulse will come back on. CaptainInsaneO Posted October 17, 2009 Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 When you bang on the console it might be moving the wire a tiny bit (just enough) to restore the connection. Not sure why the cold has any effect on it but I agree with jwq's thoughts on the connection being bad/insufficient. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
