stro Posted December 4, 2009 Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 I unlocked the drive with hd unlock but I when I use magic boot disk>config, I get an error message. Tried a third partly disk repair utility and I get an error message that the firmware is corrupted on the drive. Checked with Hd unlock and it confirms the drive is unlocked. garrettoomey Posted December 4, 2009 Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 Make sure the hdd is on the first IDE and is the master drive. after you start mhdd, look for your drive listed and type the number next to the drive to configure it. Then type config Quote Link to post Share on other sites
