bikerider
I got this message installing a bad CNDV-90MT West disk, I tried everything including getting into the service menu, no luck. I sent my D3 to Same Day Audio Repair Service in Virginia (ebay seller "rch72") on Friday Feb. 5 and received it back on Friday Feb. 13. Total cost $102 plus shipping to them. Got a full test/diagnostic report back with it along with a set of burned CNDV-90MT disks that work perfectly. The unit works perfectly now. I can't say enough about these folks, they did a great job and called me several times during the process to let me know how it was going. Unfortunately I am selling the D3 but that was in the plans before the bad disk corrupted the memory. Figured this was worth posting as it seems a lot of people are blowing their units up with bad upgrades. I've burned many disks for mine (including XM logo updates) and this was the first time one cooked the unit.
