Just curious if anyone has had issues with the bluetooth with this phone like some have had with the Iphone. Thanks
jettech
In case anybody else is interested it works fine. Got the new verizon motorloa droid and got it to connect to the radio via bluetooth and transfer the contacts with no problems.Calling out and receiving calls seem to working fine. nissanfrontier
Yeah, I have an F-series (90bt) and my Moto Droid linked up the first day I had it, no problems with auto connect or transferring contacts.
PaisanNYC
Just an FYI. I have the G1, which is the original Android phone released. Today, when a call was coming in, I went to hit the pickup button on screen, and my Android phone froze, screen stayed black, and just kept vibrating on and off for a minute or two. Then the phone rebooted on its own. Don't know if this was just an isolated hiccup, or maybe a hidden problem with the phone or the Android OS. Just thought I'd throw my experience out there in case it happens to anyone else.
Azimuth
Although this is going Off Topic. I have had my G1 do the black screen - vibrate - reboot behavior several times. It's unrelated to Blue Tooth.

PaisanNYC
How did you guys get the contacts to transfer? I initiated the transfer on the 910bt, but could not find an option menu in Android to transfer contacts
Azimuth
You need to put the phone in discoverable mode under bluetooth settings. Then on the avic you need to go to phone settings and connection. Ad your phone. Once it's paired you just tell the avic to do a phone book transfer.
PaisanNYC
My phone is paired fine. I just cant get contacts transferred. The AVIC just stays on the screen saying it may take a few minutes to transfer.
Azimuth
I have about 200 contacts and it takes several minutes. How long have you waited?
