What did you convert it to? What were all the settings? What did you use to create the VOB/IFO dvd structure? What did you burn it on to? Does this dvd play in a set top dvd player? You want to look thought http://dvd-hq.info/Compression.html and http://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc.htm Then you convert to MPEG2, and then create the DVD with the dvd author program, I like TMPGENC's one.
