MSmith
Hey folks, I just got a brand new (not refurbished) AVIC-X910BT from Crutchfield. I live near Boston and work in Boston. Whenever I got to MSN Direct and then Status to get my Product Key so that I can activate it it just sits there saying "Connecting To MSN Direct". I tried multiple times and even drove for an hour like that. Also tried a reset with no luck. My unit came with 3.0 on it, so I did not have to do the upgrade. Also, I get great FM reception and MSN Direct's map online shows that my area has great MSN Direct reception. I searched the forums and none of the solutions I found apply to my situation. Any ideas? Thanks!

VBLUE42
You can boot to testmode and go the flash disk/user/userdata/igo/save. Delete the two msnd files you see then restart your unit. That cleared up the issue for me.
smith1701
I was under the impression that MSN direct was going to be "Turned off"??
