cadillacon2 Posted May 9, 2010 Report Share Posted May 9, 2010 I got my unit installed Friday I cannot perform any functions in settings menu everything is greyed out except av settings/sound. I think the so call professional installation messed up on top of that when I try to insert a cd it won't grab it all I get is clicking noise. Do I have a defect or did they mess up on the install?? I'm take back up there in the morning when I get off. If it's a defect I don't think pioneer will do anything since I got it from audiosavings.com. They did say I got a 2year warrenty. I just need to know if they messed up on the install and then proable messed up my deck to make me think it's a defect. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
VBLUE42 Posted May 10, 2010 Report Share Posted May 10, 2010 The parking brake issue is easy to fix. They just need to hook it up correctly. The CD issue certainly sounds like a real problem.
