MuthaFunk
Hi everyone! I've been lurking on this site for some time now and have found it to be a valuable resource for all who use Pioneer units. Bravo!! I installed my AVIC X920BT in my 2010 Volkswagen Golf and love it! All went well with the install but I seem to get Musicsphere to work properly. I have loaded it into iTunes. Created multipul playlists. Placed the Musicsphere playlist onto my iPod and when I select "Musicsphere" on my head unit it suggests I download the software.... Hmm. I thought I already did that..... Is there a different way to get the 920BT to see the Musicsphere playlist on my iPod? Thanks for any insight you guys can offer... MF
MuthaFunk
Well it took a while of screwing around but I got it figured out. It seems that you have to import each individual playlist created by musicsphere into your ipod. I was just grabbing entire folders of playlists created by musicsphere and droping them into my ipod. I noticed that they amalgamated into one playlist when I did that. I thought the musicsphere did the decoding in the head unit for the sphere interface. I guess not. It must read the preface to each playlist created to find a place to put it in the sphere.
kculp
Can you carefully explain how to do this again, I see multiple playlists like you say above. But, I just don't see how it works at all as each of the playlists are empty. I rebooted iTunes and it looks like it is analyzing, but real slow. I did find a help file after searching, it is more on the web: http://www.avicfeeds.com/avicfeeds/musi ... /index.htm Thanks.
